1. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Participation
Our trips are open to women ages 18 and older. By booking a trip, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in all itinerary activities.

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the trip start date unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Payment Methods & Fees
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH (bank transfer).
All trip prices listed are exclusive of taxes and processing fees, which will be clearly calculated at checkout. Credit card and digital wallet payments include a small processing fee. ACH payments are fee-free and preferred.

Installments
We do not offer automated installment plans at this time. However, travelers may request a split-payment option by contacting us directly at hello@thewomenexplorer.com.

Changes or Cancellations by Women Explorer
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. If your trip is canceled, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future trip.

Code of Conduct
We foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, disrupts the experience, or endangers the group.

Health & Fitness
You are responsible for assessing your own ability to participate in trip activities. Some trips involve walking, hiking, or physical effort. Please inform us of any medical conditions before booking.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, branding, logos, and original photography — is the property of Women Explorer LLC and may not be reused without written permission. Some visual assets are sourced under royalty-free licenses (e.g., Unsplash).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by Women Explorer.

Cancellation by You

  • 61+ days before departure: 50% refund (excluding deposit)

  • 31–60 days before departure: 25% refund

  • 30 days or fewer: No refund available

You may transfer your booking to another eligible traveler (with prior written approval) up to 14 days before the trip. A $100 name transfer fee applies.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Women Explorer
If we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical issues, and baggage loss.

3. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only necessary personal data (name, contact info, payment details) for trip coordination.

  • We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with trusted partners required to fulfill trip services.

  • We use cookies to analyze traffic and enhance your browsing experience. You can opt out via your browser settings.

4. Travel Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment

  • You acknowledge that travel includes inherent risks such as delays, injury, illness, or other unexpected disruptions.

  • Women Explorer LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or personal injury sustained during your participation.

  • You are responsible for securing your own travel insurance and required documentation (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).
