1. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Participation

Our trips are open to women ages 18 and older. By booking a trip, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in all itinerary activities.

Booking & Payment

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days before the trip start date.

Changes or Cancellations by Women Explorer

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

Refer to the Cancellation Policy section below.

Code of Conduct

We foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Women Explorer reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers the group.

Health & Fitness

You are responsible for evaluating your ability to participate. Some trips involve moderate physical activity. Notify us of any medical conditions before departure.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — including text, branding, logos, and custom photography — is the intellectual property of Women Explorer LLC and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.
Some images are sourced from royalty-free platforms such as Unsplash and are used under their free-use license.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by Women Explorer.

Cancellation by You

  • 61+ days before departure: 50% refund (excluding deposit)

  • 31–60 days before departure: 25% refund

  • 30 days or fewer: No refund available

  • You may transfer your spot to another eligible traveler with prior written approval, no later than 14 days before the trip.

  • A $100 administrative fee applies to all approved name transfers.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Women Explorer

If we cancel the trip for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered alternative dates.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection.

3. Privacy Policy

·       We value your privacy. We collect basic personal information (e.g., name, email, payment info) solely for trip coordination and communication purposes.

·       We do not sell or rent your data. Information may be shared with trusted third parties only as necessary for trip operations (e.g., payment processors, local partners).

·       We use cookies for analytics and site performance. You may disable cookies via your browser settings.

4. Travel Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment

·       You understand and accept the inherent risks of travel including transportation delays, illness, injury, or unforeseen events.

·       You agree that Women Explorer LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred during your trip.

·       You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance and necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, vaccinations).
